By downloading, installing, or using the TheReelTimes app ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy ("Agreement"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

TheReelTimes provides weather, tide, and fishing-related insights, forecasts, and reports. The App integrates third-party data sources (e.g., NOAA, NWS) and uses RevenueCat for subscription management. All information is provided for informational purposes only.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

• TheReelTimes offers a monthly subscription providing access to premium content.

• All billing is handled through Apple’s App Store and managed via RevenueCat.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

• You may manage or cancel subscriptions via your App Store account.

• TheReelTimes does not store or process payment information directly.

4. No Guarantees or Warranties

• The App and all data are provided “as is” and “as available”.

• No guarantee is made regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any forecasts, environmental data, or fishing information.

• Third-party data sources may experience downtime, delays, or technical failures.

• Users are responsible for independently verifying conditions before acting on any information.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under U.S. law:

• Neither the owner, nor any future LLC or business entity operating TheReelTimes, shall be liable for:

  • Injury or death resulting from using or relying on the App.

  • Property damage, financial losses, or missed competition winnings.

  • Decisions made based on weather, tide, or fishing information provided by the App.

  • Damages arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or unavailable data sources.

• Users assume all risk when using the App. Always consult official authorities and exercise personal judgment.

6. Data Collection and Privacy

• TheReelTimes  does not directly collect personal information.

• RevenueCat may process limited, necessary subscription data such as:

  • Transaction history

  • Subscription status

  • Device identifiers (for entitlement verification)

• No names, emails, or location data are collected by ReelTimes Fishing.

• Data is used solely for subscription management; we do not sell or share user information.

• RevenueCat and third-party services follow industry-standard encryption and data protection practices.

7. Backend Systems Disclaimer

• TheReelTimes operates proprietary backend systems that use open-source libraries and tools to generate reports and manage app content.

• These backend components are used solely internally and are not distributed to users.

• TheReelTimes complies with all applicable open-source license terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All App content, designs, and forecasts are the intellectual property of TheReelTimes .
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any App content without written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

The App relies on:

• RevenueCat (subscription management)

• NOAA / NWS or other public data sources

Users agree to the terms and policies of these services when using the App.

• The App does not provide professional weather, marine, navigational, or safety advice.

• Users must exercise personal judgment and consult official sources before engaging in fishing, boating, or related activities.

Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
