​REELTIMES ANALYTICS LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") operates the ReelTimes Fishing mobile application ("App"). We respect your privacy and are committed to being transparent about the information that may be collected, processed, and stored when you use ReelTimes Fishing.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the circumstances under which it may be shared.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

ReelTimes Fishing is designed to require as little personal information as possible.

No account required. The Company does not require users to create an account or to provide their name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, or other direct identifying information in order to use the App's core functionality.

No personal information collected for core use. To view fishing forecasts, ratings, reports, tide, weather, and other environmental information within the App, you are not required to provide any personal information.

The primary information processed by the App consists of publicly available environmental, weather, marine, tide, buoy, and related scientific or governmental data, which generally does not identify individual users. See Section 6.

2. SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION

ReelTimes Fishing may offer paid subscriptions through Apple's App Store.

Payment processing and subscription transactions are handled through Apple's App Store In-App Purchase system. REELTIMES ANALYTICS LLC does not receive or store your complete payment-card information or Apple ID credentials.

Subscription entitlement information may be processed through RevenueCat, a third-party subscription-management service, to determine whether a user has an active subscription and to provide access to applicable features.

RevenueCat may process information such as:

  • Transaction information;

  • Subscription status;

  • App-specific user identifiers;

  • Device or application identifiers;

  • Purchase and entitlement information.

3. APPLE

ReelTimes Fishing is distributed through Apple's App Store.

Apple may collect and process information associated with App downloads, purchases, subscriptions, devices, and Apple accounts in accordance with Apple's own policies. REELTIMES ANALYTICS LLC does not control Apple's collection or processing of information.

4. ANALYTICS, ADVERTISING, AND TRACKING

ReelTimes Fishing does not currently use third-party advertising SDKs and does not sell personal information for targeted advertising.

The App does not intentionally use cookies or similar browser-based tracking technologies for its core mobile-app functionality.

If we introduce analytics, advertising, tracking, or other technologies that materially change how personal information is collected or used, this Privacy Policy will be updated as appropriate, and the App's App Store privacy disclosures will be updated to match.

5. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

Information processed through ReelTimes Fishing may be used to:

  • Operate and maintain the App;

  • Provide subscription access;

  • Process and verify subscriptions;

  • Improve App functionality;

  • Develop fishing reports, forecasts, and analytical features;

  • Communicate with users when necessary (for example, in response to a support request);

  • Detect, prevent, and address misuse or security issues;

  • Comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

6. DATA FROM PUBLIC AND ENVIRONMENTAL SOURCES

ReelTimes Fishing processes publicly available environmental, weather, marine, tide, buoy, and other scientific or governmental data, including data from sources such as the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and the National Weather Service (NWS).

This information generally does not identify individual users. The Company uses this publicly available environmental information to develop reports, ratings, forecasts, and analytical features.

7. HOW INFORMATION IS SHARED

We may share information with third-party service providers when reasonably necessary to operate ReelTimes Fishing. These providers may include services used for:

  • Subscription management;

  • Cloud hosting and data storage;

  • App functionality;

  • Data processing;

  • Security;

  • Infrastructure;

  • Other technical services necessary to operate the App.

We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, or governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, property, or operations of REELTIMES ANALYTICS LLC, the App, or its users.

8. DATA RETENTION

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including operating the App, providing subscription services, complying with legal obligations, and resolving disputes.

9. DATA SECURITY

REELTIMES ANALYTICS LLC takes reasonable measures to protect information processed through ReelTimes Fishing.

However, no method of electronic transmission, storage, or processing is completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to or stored by the App or its service providers.

10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

ReelTimes Fishing is intended for a general audience.

The App is not directed specifically toward children under 13, and REELTIMES ANALYTICS LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate authorization.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can take appropriate steps to address the situation.

11. YOUR CHOICES

Because the App does not require an account or the submission of personal information to use its core features, most users can use ReelTimes Fishing without providing any personal information.

Subscription cancellation is handled through your Apple App Store account.

If you have questions or requests regarding information handled through the App, you may contact us using the information in Section 15.

12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

ReelTimes Fishing may use third-party services and data sources, including:

These third parties may have their own privacy policies and terms. REELTIMES ANALYTICS LLC is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services that it does not control.

13. INTERNATIONAL USERS

ReelTimes Fishing is operated from the United States.

If you access the App from outside the United States, information you provide may be processed or stored in the United States or other jurisdictions where the Company or its service providers operate.

By using the App, you acknowledge that information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions that may have different data-protection laws than your jurisdiction.

14. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes to ReelTimes Fishing, our data practices, applicable law, or third-party services.

Updated versions will be posted at https://www.reeltimesfishing.com. The Effective Date at the beginning of this Privacy Policy indicates when the policy was most recently updated.

Your continued use of the App following the effective date of an updated Privacy Policy constitutes acknowledgment of the updated policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
